| Making A Purchase Your Order A contract between you and us for the sale of our products will only exist once your order has been accepted processed and despatched (by which point your credit/debit card will have been charged for the value of the goods despatched). You receiving an email confirmation from us acknowledging that we have received and are processing your order will not constitute our acceptance of that order and therefore at that point a contract will not exist between us. |
| Delivery Delivery times stated are estimates only and delivery timing is not the essence of the contract between us and you. We will always endeavour to despatch orders on the working day that the order is placed, or the next working day, but this is not always possible. If an item is out of stock and we do not anticipate new stock until 7 days from the point you order, we will endeavour to contact you to seek instruction from you as to whether you would prefer to wait or cancel your order for a refund. In the event that we are unable to contact you we will hold your order for despatch when the goods come into stock. |
| Delivery Schedule Orders are usually despatched within 1 working day and we can deliver to all addresses on the UK mainland only. There is a choice of delivery speeds: Standard Delivery £2.95 per order. Please allow up to 6 working days for delivery. A signature will be required on delivery for heavy or higher value orders. First Class Delivery £4.95 per order. Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery. A signature will be required on delivery for heavy or higher value orders. Please note Win Green Playhouses and accessories cannot be sent first class. Express Delivery £7.50 per order. Orders placed before 1.00 pm will be delivered within 2 working days. Items ordered over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday/Wednesday (unless the preceeding Monday is a bank holiday). A signature will always be required on delivery. European Delivery £17.95 per order. Please allow upto 10 days for delivery by courier. A signature will be required. |
| Back Orders If an item in your order happens to be out of stock we will contact you with the best information we have on when it will arrive. Naturally you have the option of waiting a little longer or cancelling your order. |

Secure Hosting are one of the UK's leading payment service providers, with a firewall specification that is recognised by all the major UK banks. Your credit card information is encrypted using 128-bit encryption to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected, and cannot be viewed by anyone esle as they travel over the internet. Once the information reaches Secure Hosting, it is held encrypted on secure servers. These secure servers are situated on a standalone private network completely isolated from other networks and connections. They have a single resilient connection to the Internet, which is serviced through dual dedicated ICSA compliant firewalls. The servers are further secured through "server lock" protection, with all credit card details encrypted through 3DES encryption. We only accept orders from web browsers allowing communication through Secure Soccet Layer (SSL) technology - so you can't place an order with Little Eskimo through an unsecure connection by mistake. |
| Guarantee At Little Eskimo we promise that our products will be as impressive in person as they appear in print and online and we offer a simple replacement or refund guarantee. If you are not completely satisifed with anything you buy from us, for whatever reason, you can return the item(s) to us within 60 days of receipt and we will refund you (or exchange the item(s) if you prefer). Delivery and/or postage charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty. |

| Privacy Policy We use your infomation to process your order, provide you with information about Little Eskimo products and analyse customer purchasing. You can tell us not to send you information about Little Eskimo at any time. We sometimes make our mailing list (name and postal address) available to organisations if we think their products or services may be of interest to you (unless you have told us not to when ordering or at any time after). We do not make your email address or telephone number available to any other company. Little Eskimo Limited is fully registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. Cookies are small text files that our website will send to your computer. They allow our site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They can't read information saved on your drive and are not computer programmes. Without using cookies our website will not function properly and you will not be able to order. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place an online order with Little Eskimo and will need to phone us to order. |
| Returns Policy Little Eskimo's policy is to encourage you to return any item with which you are unhappy, or which is not as you expected, or if you have simply changed your mind about it. You have a statutory right to do this within 7 days but Little Eskimo extend this right to 60 days from receipt of items. You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for a full refund up to the point of despatch. After despatch, returning any item will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). On receipt of the returned goods, Little Eskimo will provide you with a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the delivery and/or postage) or an exchange for the same or alternative products to the same value. You must, however, return the goods to Little Eskimo unused (and where appropriate prior to assembly if the item was not delivered fully assembled, and/or unwashed) in their original packaging in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount or offer, that discount or offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount or offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. You are responsible for arranging returns and we suggest you use Royal Mail's recorded delivery service via your local Post Office, always retaining a proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. |
