Delivery is only available to addresses in the UK and selected European countries.

There are a choice of delivery speeds depending on how quickly you need your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you of the anticipated delay and despatch the item to you as soon as it arrives.

Returns Policy

We don't want any customer to be less than 100% happy with Little Eskimo products. Unhappy customers don't order again and don't tell their friends how great we are! So, we try to make it really simple to return an item (within 60 days of receipt) - either for a replacement, different product or a full refund. We aim to process all returns within 14 days. We can't refund the delivery and postage charges on returned products unless the item is faulty.

Simply repackage the item in its original packaging, complete the Returns Form that comes with the order and take it to any post office. We recommend you ask the post office for a proof of posting which they will give you free of charge.

You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for a full refund up to the point of despatch.

Privacy Policy

We use your infomation to process your order, provide you with information about Little Eskimo products and analyse customer purchasing. You can tell us not to send you information about Little Eskimo at any time.

We sometimes make our mailing list (name and postal address) available to organisations if we think their products or services may be of interest to you (unless you have told us not to when ordering or at any time after). We do not make your email address or telephone number available to any other company. Little Eskimo Limited is fully registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
